If you are a Jane Eyre fan like myself, please go here. Look at the Table of Contents. Commence drooling. Swooning. Participating in other, similar amazing-literature-inducing physiological phenomena.
Then, loan me $25 (stupid budget!). Better yet, just buy this for me. Better still, flood my husband's inbox with requests on my behalf that he buy me the book and give me a weekend away from hearth and home to read it and re-read it and then read it again. Yes, this latter is the best option.
Oh I might just up and D-I-E if I can't have this book...

Wow. Just from the table of contents, it sounds amazing. I especially like chapter names that are quotes from the book, like "Heart-Weary and Soul-Withered" (I can hear Timothy Dalton's voice in my head following that with, "you come home, and then you meet someone"). I still say that, between the two of us, we can quote the whole thing. And I love how quickly "The Governess" becomes "Jane" (the very next chapter!). Please let me borrow it when you're finished! Pretty please!!! -Katie
I'm laughing hysterically at how perfect that book is for you! I'm gonna have to pow-wow with Marty before Christmas to make sure we've got it covered. :)
It's too, too true. If I weren't madly in love with Marty, I'd be madly in love with Edward Fairfax Rochester. As it is, EFR has to take a backseat. But he's there... :)
